While during shipping one package was open and leak through so it was a clean up operation but other than that the other two packages was okay

Unfortunately my doggie had to have a few teeth pulled when she went for a cleaning… oviously i was so upset… I got my order of prodenta a few days after. I started giving it to her with her food, she accepted it without any fuss & I believe it has helped her healing process. I will continue to use prodenta because I believe that ultimately it will give her teeth a chance to get stronger & help with the prevention of tartar build up. She eats a very healthy holistic diet & this supplement may just be a big help.

I think i like the dental powder. My dog has not been on the product that long. I haven't seen any changes in her teeth I think i need to give it more time
My border collie's teeth were in need of a cleaning, I decided to try the Pro Denta and she likes it. Her breath has made a big difference since starting the Pro Denta. Her teeth are coming along. I just started giving her some twice a day instead of only once, that has improved her cleaning.

There is a noticeable difference in my two dogs' teeth, especially with their incisors, which had layers of hard calculus and tartar close to the gum line... regardless of how much I brushed their teeth. I am still working on it and hoping their strong beautiful teeth will soon be completely white.

I think ProDenta is extraordinary! However, the service is not the best. I ordered my last order through the Labor Day Special. Initially I received 3 of the ordered 6 packets. I contacted the service department and stated what had happened. When I didn't receive the remaining 3 packets, I contacted the service department again. I then received 6 additional packets. The third time I contacted the service department it was to let them know that I had received the 6 packets and please don't resend (which they didn't). This is my second order from your company and the second time I have had to go through the service department to get the correct order. I am NOT trying to receive free packets of ProDenta but don't feel as though it should be necessary to call with each order. Thanks, Judy Laughlin
I really Ike this product, however my dog is small and I didn’t want a subscription to three every month! So please do not send three packs every month! However I would like to order the treats for breath treats. But no where do you give that option or a phone # to call and cancel the subscription or order just more treats! Thank in advanced for taking care of this problem! I will be ordering more of the powder as needed!
I am using this product just to be proactive with my dog's dental care. My dog likes the taste of the powder and I use it regularly to protect by dog's teeth. To be totally honest I never noticed my dog's teeth before using the powder so I can't really attest to it's effectiveness. But his teeth look good now.
I love the products but I was confused about the subscriptions. I chose the 3 pack offer. I did not realize I would be receiving the 3 pack every month. My dog is small and will not not use that amount. I would like to change to an order of 1 each month. If that cannot be worked out then I will have to stop the subscription.
