We have has Carmen for just over a year now. The vet had us rinsing her ears every day and if we just missed 1 rinse she would start start scratching and brown junk had built up. One of her ears has some significant damage to it and just would not stay clean,but I started her on Ear Clear about 2 months ago and we have finally gotten her down to every other day is ear day. Only used it 2 times but Tex seems to be doing ok with it--he had a slight ear infection but it did clear prior to the application of your product so I put it in his ears once or twice a week now so only time will tell.

I think it is working, she stopped scratching. It is difficult to clean the exterior part of the ear. I just rescued her this has been an old condition, I am working to resolve. My Great Dane, a 8 year old Female has a reoccurring problem with her left ear.
