I think it is working, she stopped scratching. It is difficult to clean the exterior part of the ear. I just rescued her this has been an old condition, I am working to resolve. Any suggestions on how to properly clean the outside of the ear would be appreciated. The bad ear is not pink and healthy like the other year yet. This has been years of abuse. My Great Dane, a 8 year old Female has a reoccurring problem with her left ear. Since the first time we used it when he shakes his head the black stuff started coming out. We’ve been using it every other day and it continues to surface.
